      Job Description:

      Responsibilities:
      - Facilitate end-user meetings and provide operational and application build expertise to complete assignments that meet customer goals and desired outcomes.
      - Perform design, build, and implementation assignments/projects.
      - Translate sophisticated requirements/concepts into functionality based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements.
      - Participate in the re-engineering of operational workflow processes with end-users/business owners.
      - Coordinate and facilitate the integration of end-user/business owner needs and translate clinical/operational needs and workflow into system specifications and configuration requirements.

      Experience Requirements:
      - 2+ years of experience working with testing/building/implementing Epic Tapestry workflows.
      - Preferred experience in Claims and/or Benefits/Eligibility build.
      - Ability to balance multiple projects.
      - Effective troubleshooting skills and ability to provide recommendations.

      Educational/Certification Requirements:
      - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
      - Epic Tapestry Certification required (AP Claims and/or Benefits/Eligibility preferred).
