      This is a remote position.

      Superlanet is seeking a Willow Ambulatory Program Manager to lead the implementation of Willow Ambulatory for a well-known healthcare client in Northern California. This is a 12-month contract opportunity, primarily remote, with occasional onsite visits required at key project milestones.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Epic Willow Ambulatory
      • Drive the integration and optimization of Epic’s Compass Rose module for Specialty Pharmacy.
      • Manage and coordinate ancillary pharmacy technologies and integrations.
      • Oversee the implementation of outpatient pharmacy automation packagers.

      Qualifications:

      • Experience as PM implementing Willow Ambulatory, preferably at a Specialty Pharmacy. Minimum 2 implementations, end-to-end.
      • Experience/understanding of Epic’s Compass Rose module for Specialty Pharmacy.
      • Experience with the ancillary technologies and integrations that comprise a retail/specialty pharmacy technology stack i.e., POS devices, IVR, PBM’s, 340B, FedEx/UPS etc.
      • Experience implementing outpatient pharmacy automation packagers, e.g., Parata.
