What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise and experience in Epic product function, design, build, and testing for assigned Epic module related to Willow
- Collaborate with end users to design and build the Epic system in a timely and professional manner
- Lead software upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows, including design, build, and test phases
- Participate in design and validation sessions, ensuring appropriate documentation and issue escalation occurs
- Provide technical and/or clinical consultation, review system needs, and develop recommendations for customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of healthcare experience
- Active/current Epic certification in at least one area (Willow or Beacon) and 2+ years of Epic experience, or 5+ years of direct client experience
- Direct client healthcare domain knowledge, such as clinical documentation workflow and patient flow
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of Epic EMR and the full implementation lifecycle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in department build and implementing community connect locations
- Proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability in team management, cross-team communication, and leadership skills
