What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the end-to-end administration of the Epicor ERP system, ensuring it meets manufacturing needs
- Manage the integration of Epicor ERP with new acquisitions and other internal systems
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Lead the customization and development of Epicor ERP to meet business requirements
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Epicor ERP systems, specifically Epicor Kinetic and Epicor 10
- Advanced skills in SQL for database querying and reporting
- Proven experience with integrating Epicor ERP with other systems and applications
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience providing high-level technical support
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of manufacturing processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epicor's reporting tools, such as Business Activity Queries (BAQs), SSRS, PowerBi, and Rest API
- Strong project management skills related to system upgrades and process improvements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on detail-oriented analysis
- Ability to translate technical information for non-technical users
- Experience in developing automated workflow processes
