      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle assigned claims
      - Confirm coverage of claims by reviewing policies and documents
      - Utilize acceptable investigation claims handling and settlement techniques
      - Conduct, coordinate, and direct investigation into loss facts and extent of damages
      - Identify subrogation opportunities and fraud potential

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
      - Must have or be eligible to receive claims adjuster license
      - Minimum of two to five years of claims handling experience
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree or focused technical degree a plus
      - Successful completion of basic insurance courses or industry designation
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work in a team environment
