      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound and outbound technical support calls for subscribers and their families
      - Troubleshoot technical issues while minimizing equipment replacements
      - Identify and escalate equipment malfunction trends as needed
      - Adhere to troubleshooting and replacement procedures for various business models
      - Maintain organization and motivation to resolve maintenance issues promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of call center experience; strong technical support skills preferred
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
      - Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and via email
      - Proficiency in oral and written communication skills; second language desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
      - Familiarity with navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously
      - Coachable attitude with a willingness to improve and learn
