      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Directly solicit companies with revenues between $50MM and $2 Billion for equipment finance and leasing opportunities
      - Serve as the primary advisor for a diverse portfolio of complex commercial relationships
      - Analyze portfolios to reduce risk and enhance profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
      - Facilitate credit requests, including loan structuring and negotiating pricing
      - Participate in community and business functions to establish referral contacts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience in equipment finance origination
      - Strong knowledge of commercial products, credit policies, and terminology
      - Well-developed sales and negotiation skills with strong credit analysis capabilities
      - Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the employer's driving record criteria

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with single investor tax, loans, TRAC, operating, synthetic, and debt transactions
      - Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Adaptable and resilient with a positive outlook aligned with company culture
