Job Description

- Adhere to all safety, PPE, and cleanroom protocols.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair solar manufacturing equipment (mechanical and electrical).
- Install, adjust, dismantle, and modify equipment per blueprints or manuals.
- Proactively identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Record data, complete reports, and communicate effectively with team members across shifts.
- Assist manufacturing personnel and suggest cost-reduction opportunities.
- Follow written specifications and procedures.
- High school diploma (associate's degree preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in the semiconductor or solar industry.
- Knowledge in electronics, including troubleshooting circuits, sensors, circuit boards, and PLCs.
- Experience with electrical/mechanical automation and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Preferred: experience with PLCs, vision systems, vacuum systems, chemicals, and gases.
- Familiarity with ISO-9001 environments is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must stand and walk up to 90% of the shift.
- Required to wear PPE in the manufacturing area at all times.
- Ability to lift and position objects weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Location: Greenwood, South Carolina 29649
Hourly Rate: $25-$35/hour DOE
Schedule: 12 hour days or nights.
