      What is the opportunity?

      Participates in the design and development of analytics infrastructure for Global Equity Derivative. Day to day duties include, but not limited to, straight-through-process, execution systems, pricing and risk management systems, workflow automation, documentation, CICD pipeline improvement, technology upgrades, production issue investigation. etc,

      What will you do?

      • Implement strategic and tactical solutions for the global equity businesses

      • Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, prototype, design, development, testing, deployment, user training and documentation

      • Assist with user adoption of technology solutions developed globally by assisting with user training and liaising with relevant development personnel to improve overall user experience

      • Proactively identify operational risks/control deficiencies in the business

      • Review and comply with firm policies applicable to business activities

      • Work effectively with all GE FO Business Technology (BT) team and business management team

      • Work with Quant team on model integration to support business requirements, including but not limited to, trading and global risk management

      • Participate in design and development of tools and applications required to support pricing infrastructure and related business areas

      • Proactively identify system deficiencies, engage relevant technical and business partners, determine corrective actions, and develop technical solutions to remediate issues; support, debug, troubleshooting system/software deficiencies

      • Review and understand business requirements, contribute to the detailed technology deliverables including functional specifications, system impact assessments, and technological dependencies

      • Learn all necessary development tools required to be an effective developer

      • Deliver user training, publish release notes, and perform release tasks; profile and optimize system performance

      • Review production support items; assist with technology updates

      What do you need to succeed?

      Must Have:

      • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

      • Ability to adapt to new environment and technology quickly

      • Compute science/engineering degree or equivalent.

      • Experience in capital markets, in particularly equity derivative

      • Experience with C++/C#/Python, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET framework.

      • Experience with service orientated architecture
