      JPM Equity Derivatives Group line of business is hiring a junior trader to join Latam team, based in São Paulo. This team is responsible to provide liquidity on various derivatives products to attend client demands and the local markets, by developing, structuring, pricing and risk managing the risks embedded in these instruments. Moreover, team is responsible to manage entities and balance sheet in a cost-effective basis, by complying with internal rules and external regulation.

      Responsibilities include:

      • Manage derivative products: pricing, booking, risk management, inventory management;
      • Support the day-to-day routines of the trading desk, including trade setup & booking across products;
      • Provide accurate quotations of derivatives products for corporate, institutional and retail clients;
      • Assess macroeconomic environment and market factors to generate trade ideas, strategies, and influence trade execution;
      • Build and maintain tools to enhance trading efficiency and monitor hedge effectiveness;
      • Improve reporting of derivatives portfolio to internal stakeholders;
      • Assist with maintaining derivative trading and valuation systems, new developments and projects;
      • Maintain an effective communication with Sales team, Structuring and other front-office teams;
      • Act as a link between the trading desk and their supporting functions such as Operations, Risk and Compliance, and Technology;

      Qualifications include:

      • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or related
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Fluent in English
      • Deep Knowledge of MS Office package
      • Programming experience (VBA and Python) required
      • Experience with Bloomberg
