      Job Summary

      Provides Global support to CM and WM businesses for over night international trading support, facilitating business requests. Provides analysis and resolutions for erroneous orders and trades processing. Provides analysis for implementation and improvement of processes and procedures, workflow, and applications to support the business. Assist in project work. Applies knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.

      Job Description

      • Over Night coverage to support international trading

      • 100% Work from Home, except for training and team events/meetings

      • Facilitating ad-hoc business requests and queries

      • Analyzing and resolving erroneous Order and Trade Processing

      • Administering Global trading and reporting applications for CM and WM with precise data

      • Effectively manage to system outages

      • Developing appropriate project management procedures and tools for all major activities; assisting members of the organization in the use of project management methods and tools.

      • Determining needs and suggesting solutions for administrative improvements in procedures, processes or systems to support other functions.

      • Identifying needs and suggesting solutions for customization or alterations of technical tools to support unusual or new business requirements.

      • To collect, analyze, and utilize information

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Ensure item handoff between night to day coverage

      • Support of Global Equities and Wealth Management order and trade flows

      • Investigate trade queries from internal clients, traders, and other departments as breaks arise

      • Daily analysis of erroneous orders and trades

      • Ensure integrity of system data

      • Ensure processes and procedures are set and followed

      • Ensure completion of reconciliations

      • Daily input and update of orders and trades

      • Project work: Design, review, and signoff. Raise issues and provide potential solutions, UAT testing and signoff, Implementation assistance

      • Trade processing Knowledge

      • Order and trade flow Knowledge

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office

      • Attention to detail

      • Excellent organizational and time management skills

      • Adaptability to a changing and fast-paced environment

      • Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate through complex situations and projects

      Education, certification and designation requirements:

      • Canadian Securities Course or CFA1

      • Conduct and Practices Handbook Course

      • Traders Trading Course
