      The Opportunity

      Adobe is looking for an HR Generalist to support the Americas Employee Resource Center (ERC) Generalists team as part of the broader Global Employee Solutions (GES) HR shared services organization.

      The ERC team is the initial point of contact for all Employee and Manager (Director level and below) inquiries. This team is responsible for providing employee support intended to improve manager and employee success by addressing inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs, identifying and clarifying issues through inquiry, evaluating potential solutions, implementing selected solutions, or collaborating with our Centers of Excellence if the solution requires ongoing interaction or specialized coaching. It is expected that this team will be able to provide resolution for the vast majority of inquires that come through the ERC organization. The role requires a proactive approach in anticipating Employee Experience-related needs and showcasing empathy and efficiency when resolving issues.

      What you’ll do

      Act as initial point of contact for approximately 16,000 employees across the Americas (through Director level) for all Employee Experience-related questions. Areas of support include:

      • Coach Managers and employees with moderately complex cases in compensation, career development, accommodations, time off and benefits

      • Partner in team projects that focus on efficiency and process improvement

      • Provide employee support to Director level and below population

      • Address questions related to Employee Experience policies, procedures and programs

      • Identify and clarify issues through inquiry

      • Evaluate potential solutions or implement selected solutions

      • Mitigate escalations as much as possible and focus on quick resolution

      • Responsible for managing, tracking, closing and reporting progress on Employee Experience inquires using the case tracking tool

      • Assist employees and managers in utilizing and optimizing self-service transactions in Employee Experience-related tool

      • Support with HR Project management and operational enhancements

      What you need to Succeed

      • 3+ years HR experience preferred

      • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

      • Effective communication skills at all levels, including written and oral communication

      • Demonstrates foundational problem solving and triaging capabilities of moderately complex cases (i.e. compensation guidance, career coaching)

      • Displays the highest commitment to customer service

      • Ability to complete work with a sense of urgency

      • Ability to work autonomously and independently, while contributing to key initiatives

      • Ability to apply judgment and identify need and appropriate party for escalation, demonstrates foundational employee relations skills

      • Contributes and to team projects and initiatives

      • Ability to learn tools and various technology platforms

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $53,900 -- $122,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.       At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

      In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
