- Direct large scale injury prevention projects.
- Managing sustainability and continuous improvement of ergonomic training programs.
- Data collection and analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Travel assessments and site visits across Delta’s domestic operation.
- Administer training programs on an as-needed basis.
- Collect and organize feedback to develop action items.
- Lead industrial tools and tech projects.
- Utilization of SafetyNet, (Vistaire) reporting system to pull ongoing injury data and cases.
- Elevate safety and enterprise risk to leadership as needed.

Job Description:
This contract position will support the Client Health, Wellness and Ergonomics team in developing and managing existing injury prevention projects and programs, coordinating training programs, assuring effectiveness, and analyzing injury data and trends for our Front-Line agents to reduce Global Injury Rate and Lost Work Days. This role will work within the Client Ground Safety team, to develop and lead injury prevention solutions to support reduction of musculoskeletal injuries and return-to-work programs in our ground operation. The Delta Air Lines Airport Customer Service division supports over 30,000 front-line employees. This position reports directly to the Manager – Client Ergonomics. Up to 30% travel is required.
