- ERP System Support & Maintenance: Take full responsibility for daily administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end-users.
- System Configuration & Optimization: Assist in configuring, testing, and implementing system updates to ensure the ERP system aligns with business objectives.
- User Training & Documentation: Provide training to employees on ERP processes, answer system-related queries, and maintain clear, accessible documentation.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry, help generate reports and dashboards, and monitor overall system performance.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and other departments to understand ERP needs and ensure seamless functionality.
- EDI & Integration Assistance: Learn to manage electronic data interchange (EDI) processes and support system integrations.
- Some experience or coursework related to ERP administration, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn.
- A basic understanding of business processes (finance, inventory, purchasing, sales) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A degree or relevant certification in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus but not required.
