      Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Play a key role as a Microsoft Dynamics technical expert and system administrator
      • Develop a strong working knowledge of the functional design of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform across all transactional modules
      • Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners on system enhancements/upgrades
      • Identify continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processes
      • Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve Finance and Operations/ERP issues
      • Triage and fulfill incoming support requests
      • Manage security roles: create, view, modify and delete role definitions.
      • Create and maintain documentation of new processes and system implementations. Provide general knowledge sharing with the team
      • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
      • Report writing and Form setup for D365
      • Provide technical expertise to the Dynamics 365 implementation team

      Requirements for Position:

      • 3 Years’ experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX platforms
      • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics design, custom configuration, and integration
      • Knowledge of D365 or AX Infrastructure Support and Microsoft Dynamics deployments
      • Experience in: Implementations, D365 Upgrades, Migrations, Installation, End-User Training, User Training, IT/Admin Training, Pre, and Post Go-Live Support
      • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
      • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
      • Must be highly motivated and work well both independently and collaboratively
      • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment to meet assigned deadlines

      Desired Skills:

      • SQL administration and query writing
      • Experience working with Azure and Data Warehousing
      • Experience with writing SSRS report writing, PowerBI, Devops, and Power Platform
      • Experience with maintaining Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
