      ERP Application Developer I in GAC Savannah


      Unique Skills:

      Exciting opportunity for Entry level Software/Application Developers to learn and grow and be part of the SAP/ERP Application Development Team within a world class organization.

      May 2024 graduates will be considered. Successful completion of degree will be required prior to employment.

      Flexible hybrid work schedule available (including every other Friday off):
      - Three days in the office and two days working from home


      Required skills:
      1. Programming experience with Java, Javascript, C# or .Net.
      2. Programming experience with Databases such as Oracle, MySQL or SQLServer.
      3. Strong analytical and debugging skills.
      4. Good communication skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks working in a team environment.

      Additional "Nice to have" skills:
      1. SAP Project implementation experience.
      2. SAP ABAP Development experience.
      3. Experience with SAP PI/PO.
      4. Experience with SAP Fiori Custom and Extended App development.

      5. Experience with SAPUI5 and OData services.
      6. Experience with HANA database.
      7. Mobile App development experience.


      Education and Experience Requirements

      Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Master's Degree may be used to offset one (1) year of experience; PhD may offset two (2) years of experience.

      Position Purpose:

      This is an application development role within the Gulfstream Business Technology organization for the ERP team. This role directly supports the suite of Gulfstream ERP applications. Responsible for developing code in support of new application functionality or defect remediation according to design specifications.

      Job Description

      Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

      Essential Functions:
      1. Assists with defining test conditions and comprehensive test plans.
      2. Ensures applications processes are followed consistently and are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, standards, etc.
      3. Under general supervision prepares requirements, specifications, and business process maps.
      4. Documents, develops, tests, deploys, and supports application code in support of business requirements.

      Additional Functions:
      1. Participates in design reviews for implementation projects. .

      Perform other duties as assigned.

      A credit history check from a national credit bureau will be conducted for all candidates for this position including new hires and current employees seeking promotion or transfer.
