      GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
      The ROSS ERP Leader, is part of the Information Technology team reporting to the head of IT. This role is responsible for ensuring that the company achieves maximum value out of their investments in ROSS ERP and associated tools.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      1. Lead business process transformation using Ross ERP.
      2. Manage the various modules of the ROSS ERP ecosystems including: Order Entry/Integration, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, HR, Inventory, and any associated integration technology.
      3. Manage & support the team in all ROSS ERP-related processes, including upgrades, implementations, customizations, application support, and change control.
      4. Manage the MS SQL and Oracle server data administration, expansion, and design.
      5. Ensures that a proper program of backup, disaster recovery, and security is in place and aligned with the organization's standards.
      6. Support the change management processes driving behavior, process, and adoption of system changes.
      7. Serve as the point of contact within the Information Technology group and across key business functions, analyze procedures, and work with partner organizations to develop strong solutions and execute projects.
      8. Working with service providers, coordinating daily support, resolving issues, administering and maintaining the platform to ensure that service levels and critical items are being managed appropriately.
      9. Assure that testing and other quality assurance work are planned and executed.
      10. Provide implementation guidance, document business requirements, and design processes.
      11. Establishes a set of standards and processes for managing, updating, and adding to the environment that establishes consistency across the company, reduces risk, and promotes efficiencies in support of the organization’s goals and objectives.
      12. Manage the administrative support priorities (supporting, developing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining the environments).
      13. Maintains critical relationships with key service providers to manage the ecosystem.
      14. Drive the requirement of implementing the required serialization process/system setup to ensure the unique identification of commercial products across the global supply chain.
      15. Maintain serialization master data and ensure accurate loading of data into appropriate systems.
      16. Support packaging design/specification and labeling requirements related to market-specific drug product presentation serialization requirements.
      17. Support the review and approval process for labeling artwork, ensuring the impact of labeling / printed component implementation/modification/revision is properly assessed and implemented.
      18. Interact with and maintain strong partnerships with external suppliers of serialization services as well as internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Equipment Engineering, Information Technology, QA Validation, and Regulatory Affairs.
      19. Interact with and support the integration of serialization processes with the ROSS ERP system.

      Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
      Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business from an accredited college or university and/or 15 plus years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Ten plus years of manufacturing experience is a must. Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry experience preferred.

      MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
      Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

      SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED
      Over 10 years of Ross ERP, MS SQL/Oracle is required. Over 7 years of SSRS/Crystal/Ross reporting required

      Experience working with and managing outsourced service providers. Self-directed with excellent initiative and organizational skills; with no daily direction. Works well with teams and multiple project settings. Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
