      About This Opportunity

      We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, develop solutions, and production support activities.

      Responsibilities

      • Assist in daily ERP system operations and user support
      • Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders
      • Develop Reports in Oracle APEX, Billing Platform and Aptitude (AAH)
      • Help troubleshoot system issues and document resolutions
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, and Supply Chain
      • Learn and apply best practices in ERP system usage and support

      Qualifications

      Requirements:

      • Currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.

      • 3.0 GPA and above;
      • Students expected to graduate in 2026;
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
      • Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
      • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
      • Eagerness to learn and take initiative

      Preferred Skills:

      • Familiarity with SQL or basic programming concepts
      • Coursework or prior experience in ERP systems or business process management
      • Understanding of business functions such as finance, procurement, inventory, or HR
