What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles across various SAP platforms, ensuring compliance with security policies
- Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and conduct user provisioning, role modifications, and de-provisioning
- Implement and oversee SAP GRC Access Control modules, addressing security and compliance findings in collaboration with audit teams
- Monitor SAP security logs and respond to unauthorized access attempts or security breaches
- Conduct training sessions on SAP security risks and maintain comprehensive documentation of security procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in SAP security administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6+ years of experience with SAP GRC Access Control management and role design
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO 27001
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- US Citizenship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP Identity Management (IDM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
- Familiarity with firefighter ID management and security risk mitigation strategies
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience in a cross-functional team setting with an understanding of business priorities
