      Clough has an exciting opportunity for an ERP Solutions Specialist to join the Digital Team in our Perth office! In this role, you will be responsible for implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of our ERP digital solution. Your passion to lead a team, build internal stakeholder and external vendor relationships will be key in driving business outcomes and solutions.

      Your focus will include:

      • Design, implement, and test system updates; resolve issues; troubleshoot problems; and identify design needs.

      • Maintain and update system documentation.

      • Conduct performance and security audits and system reviews

      • Manage upgrades and regular patching for ERP system.

      • Manage functional requirements and support process mapping for both continuous service improvement and support the delivery of new digital solutions.

      • Pro-actively manage the continuous improvement identifying opportunities for enhancements and working with relevant teams to implement these changes.

      • Manage ERP solution support team.

      What you will bring to the team:

      • Bachelor's degree in finance or IT related discipline

      • 5+ year function management experience of an ERP - SAP, Oracle

      • Documenting processes / procedures

      • Managing external service providers and vendors

      • Producing monthly service and performance reports

      • Managing and supervising teams

      • Experience in change management and managing incidents
