What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and adjust tax documents and payments for various tax types
- Investigate and resolve return/payment errors through thorough research
- Process low volume tax returns in the system
- Stay updated on laws, regulations, and best practices related to taxation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- Relevant degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent training and work experience
- Working knowledge of banking credits and debits, accounting, and taxation
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications and tax reporting systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in research and analytics of complex tax situations
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and/or LEAN methodologies
