  ESG Logistics Corp, a FedEx Ground contractor, has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for full-time and part-time delivery drivers. No CDL required!

  
  

  Our FedEx Ground company is looking for Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, & Couriers to bring packages to customers’ homes safely and efficiently. Our parent company, Workhorse Technologies, is pioneering the transition to commercial electric vehicles. Be a part of this exciting time!

  
  

  Drivers will be operating out of the terminal located at 325 Homan Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036.

  
  

  Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour or higher, based on experience and performance.

  Additional Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to coordinate deliveries and ensure they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries made and time spent on duty, including mileage and other relevant statistics.
  • Safely follow all traffic laws including speed limits, posted signage and lane changes.
  • Deliver packages to residential addresses and businesses, using commercial delivery vehicles such as trucks or vans.
  • Communicate with dispatch about pick-up and delivery times, delivery locations, and potential traffic issues that may delay the driver’s progress.
  • Ensure that packages are properly stored in the truck’s cargo area to prevent damage during transport. Ability to lift 70+ lbs.
  • Follow federal regulations regarding vehicle maintenance, and safe driving practices.
  • Maintain a neat and consumer acceptable appearance.
  • Monitor weather conditions to ensure safe driving conditions.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspection of packages to ensure that they are properly labeled and undamaged.

  Requirements

  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older with a Valid driver’s license—no CDL required
  • Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam
  • Must be willing to undergo a background and motor vehicle check
  • Physically able to carry packages 100 lbs. or more (50 lbs. with a cart)
  • Able to make at least 130-170 stops per day
  • Ability to work eight or more hours per day and workdays can vary (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday), depending on the route needs
  • FedEx Route experience preferred
  • Quality Certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years driving commercial vehicle a plus
  • Delivery Drivers are expected to comply with FedEx appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform
  • Prior driving experience at FedEx, Amazon, UPS, DHL, and other delivery experience is a plus! Driving experience such as Landscaping and Military encouraged to apply!
