    • Building caseload and adding and updating team members in student database
    • Arranging meetings with parents according to state requirements. Schedule the evaluation results meeting
    • Ensure IEP meetings include required team members, including general education teachers
    • Finalize due process documents.
    • Tracking Evaluations and Reevaluations
    • Submitting transportation forms
    • Creating, filing and maintenance of due process paperwork
    • Monitoring due dates for due process paperwork
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Persons employed shall have the skills needed to perform tasks and work with children, staff and parents. Must have physical capability to lift and attend to physical needs of students as required.
    • Participation in district training program prior to and during employment
    • Greet visitors, answer questions/concerns pertaining to the administrative function of the school; receive incoming calls from students, parents, etc. as needed while supporting the Main Office, Attendance, Counseling and Student Services departments.
    • Provide support to AESPs and Administration within the offices including filing, data entry and records organization.
    • Locate students, write passes and assign student helper to deliver in the event of a problem, concern or emergency.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to type, maintain records and file. Computer experience necessary.

    • Candidates must be able to direct and redirect students in a confident manner; possess strong clerical skills including filing and data entry as well as be comfortable greeting visitors and answering phones.

      Responsibilities and tasks include:
