Competitive hourly pay: $16–$17 per hour
One free massage or facial per month
Free monthly chiropractic adjustment through our partnership with The Joint (located in the same shopping center)
Employee discounts on retail products
Discounts on additional massage therapy services
Supportive, team-focused environment
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room between sessions
Complete daily SOAP notes thoroughly and on time
Greet clients, stay on schedule, and ensure smooth transitions between appointments
Sanitize all facial tools after each session
Recommend and educate clients on skin care products and services
A licensed esthetician/aesthetician (or currently completing an accredited program)
Licensed to provide facial services in Texas (or in the process of obtaining licensure)
Friendly, professional, and client-focused with strong communication skills
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, upbeat studio environment
Experience in spa, medical spa, or facial services is a plus but not required!
