  We are a very busy clinic with well over 2200 members and plenty of guests that visit our clinic monthly!

  At this time, we are currently looking for a motivated Esthetician that is available (at a minimum) the following shifts:

  Tuesday 4 pm to 9 pm

  Wednesday 3 pm to 9 pm

  Thursday 5 pm to 9 pam

  Saturday 9 am to 3 pm

  Sunday 9 am to 3 pm

  While we appreciate applicants that are eager, if you do not have the stated availability, then this is not the position for you.

  In addition, we are looking for applicants that are experienced, confident, and excited to help their clients feel their best as well as grow their income!

  As experienced owners that have been in the Spa industry for over 12 years, we know the ups and downs of this field. We want to provide you with an ideal work environment that suits you, be it full- or part-time. Flexibility is our goal and keeping your books full will come naturally.

  Perks & Pay:

  • Compensation of $37-40 per hour is a typical range based on hourly service commission (starting at $20/hour), tips, and incentives. The actual rate will vary based on the client and services performed.
  • Your level of experience is taken into consideration when setting your base commission. As always, our current Service Providers keep 100% of their gratuities.
  • In addition, our commission rates allow you to grow your income with retail sales.
  • Bonus pay for additional services provided, such as our enhancements and advanced skin care services, like our Microderm Infusions, Chemical Peels and Dermaplaning treatments (training for these services is provided in-house).
  • Pay for last minute/same day cancellations.
  • Benefits that help you take care of yourself, such as: health and dental insurance (50% employer contribution), free liability insurance through the ASCP, and a 401k with 4% employee match for full time employees
  • Do ONLY what you love to do – Skin Care! No marketing for clientele, no purchasing supplies, no laundering or folding sheets, no travelling to your clients, no scheduling and cancelling of appointments!
  • No overhead costs – we supply you with everything you need to practice your art. Come as you are!

  Qualified Candidates:

  • Have a minimum of 500 hours of skincare education
  • Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Florida
  • Have a passion for helping others look and feel their best
  • Are eager for growth and desire to build on their skincare mastery

  Day-to-Day:

  • Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs
  • Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
  • Use expertise, along with our protocols and modalities, to craft customized facial treatments
  • Recommend follow-up visits, services and a home regimens to help clients pursue their skin care goals
