      Estimates Associate, Crozier

      We aim to be the primary service provider for the people and entities responsible for the care, movement, and long-term preservation of art and culture.

      To that end, our Estimates Associates are responsible for providing new and business-to-business clients with estimated costs and execution of regional, domestic, and international services. The general responsibilities include estimation and execution of projects, while working in partnership with our Project Managers and Commercial Team.

      The Successful Candidate Will:

      • Manage inbound [web or call] client requests as well as B2B Clients
      • Lead evaluation and client research
      • Onboarding New Clients - Knowledgeable about the Crozier suite of storage and services solutions
      • Basic SFDC [SalesForce] opportunities entry and lead pass where appropriate following the Sales Deployment Guidelines
      • Utilize tariff and existing pricing tools approach to build estimates for regional, domestic and international services
      • Booked job task entry and maintenance [dates, tasks, subtasks, expenses and paperwork]
      • Provide clear and concise directives to operating depts and third party vendors
      • Manage costs and ensure projects are delivered within or on budget, subject to scope change
      • Maintain operations and financial compliance, as well as uphold Project Management standards
      • Support Project Managers with standard estimates generation for overflow requests or by need basis
      • Consult or pass to Project Management or specialist function for problem solving, change management and escalation where appropriate
      • Provide the highest level of client experience
      • Utilize problem-solving abilities if changes to the project occur – work through issue resolution to completion, delegating or escalating when necessary

      Skills and Behaviors:

      • 1-2 years experience in a providing estimates and/or services across a wide variety of art services and shipping needs
      • Knowledge and passion for all things art related, including the latest industry advancements •
      • Proven team player with a track record of strong client relations
      • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across several teams/departments
      • Strong work ethic with an ability to manage workload while efficiently and effectively prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines
      • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
      • Exceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, practical thinking in a demanding environment
      • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
      • Strategic thinker who is solutions-oriented and proactive in problem solving
      • Salesforce CRM and International Shipping experience recommended, but not required.

      Reasonably expected salary range: $58,900.00 - $73,600.00
