      The purpose of Estimating Manager is to provide leadership management and oversight in the development of proposals for major projects. This position will be responsible to coordinate with the business development group. This position will be an integral participant in the development of operational risk assessments for projects being considered for bids.

      Estimating Manager Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
      • 10+ years prior relevant heavy civil construction experience.
      • Broad management knowledge to lead project teams on multiple projects or one large project or lead a department.
      • Mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or Professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
