What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and conduct investigations of alleged violations of the employer's Corporate Security Code of Ethics and policies
- Perform a full range of investigations, including theft, fraud, and employee misconduct
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect data and investigative information
- Analyze investigation findings to identify trends and recommend actions to mitigate risks
- Maintain the company's case management system with updates on investigations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an investigative role
- Proven excellence in interviewing and conducting internal investigations
- Strong oral and written communication skills for timely reporting to senior management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Significant direct experience in analyzing information to determine potential issues and violations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in corporate compliance or ethics investigations
- Additional certifications related to investigations or compliance
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex information
