What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot ETL batch job issues in various environments (PROD, QA, etc.)
- Create data mapping and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform, and load data
- Develop ETL workflows and mappings from ODS to Datawarehouse
- Ensure adherence to ITIL process and standards
- Provide production support for IT systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of experience in Informatica, IICS, PL/SQL
- Exposure to Unix shell scripting
- Understanding of Pharmacovigilance and Drug development
- Previous experience in production support
- Knowledge of ITIL process
