  The EUC Risk Sr Analyst is part of our growing EUC Champion team in Budapest.

  ICG (Institutional Clients Group) EUC Champions manages End User Computing (EUCs) on behalf of ICG Businesses and Operations globally , with specific focus on Retirement Review document of EUCs . The role is part of ICG O&T Global EUC Champions Tea m, but ha s ICG wide responsibilities.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with EUC Owners and Remediation Owners in ICG globally to conduct and document Retirement Review of High and Medium Risk EUCs to ensure the retired EUCs meet the retirement definition criteria .

  • End-to End Reviews

  • Conducting and documenting out Rationalization Reviews to determine if EUCs were correctly rated as High Risk and support EUC owners to remain compliant with the Citi EUC Policy (CEUCP).

  • Conducting and documenting Medium Risk Validation Reviews to determine if EUCs were correctly rates as Medium Risk.

  • Maintaining EUC Hygiene by making sure that no EUCs are past due for any periodic Compliance Review and compliant with the CEUCP and ICG O&T EUC Standards.

  • Handle policy deviations, like Exception for Continued Use of High Risk EUC and Exclusion from EUC Toolbar Usage requests. Ensure appropriate documentation of the deviation requests.

  • EUC Tooling Support and Cross-Sector Collaboration

  Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in Operations , Operations Controls, Project Management, or experience with EUCs .

  • Demonstrated understanding of operational risk and gap identification .

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously, preferably utilizing agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM)

  • Strong attention to details and meticulous documentation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .

  Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
