Systems Integration: technical understanding of the ecosystem involved in driving eBusiness growth (WebPresence, Mobile, CRM, Programmatic Media, AdTech, BigData, CDP, micro-services/API, eCommerce, Direct Selling, Social Media, Ratings&Reviews, eContent, etc) and the system integrations required to drive omni-channel business value, including Architecture, DevOps techniques, integration strategies, code review and associated business processes, and data manipulation and syndication for internal and external solutions. Ensure Fit-for-use of local, regional and global solutions
Data Strategy and Activation: drive and activate consumer-centric data strategies, ensuring the right set of technological and architectural choices leading to Data integration, enrichment and activation. Understands data structure, sufficiency, quality, compliance, business fit and flows across involved systems
Analytics - deliver real-time insights that improve our performance, answer business questions, propose solution for business problems, update new business strategies and optimize e-Business operations. Domains include: Programmatic Media, Web, CRM, Mobile, eCommerce, Ratings&Reviews, eContent. In addition, you will partner with P&G Data Scientists to learn other data techniques and operationalize algorithms based on Big Data modelling.
Automation: leverage technology for automated data fetching, processing, aggregation & syndication (ie API, JSON) leading to real-time information flows and democratization of data access
Cross functional collaboration: You will collaborate with multi-functional teams (Consumer Research, Finance, Marketing, Sales etc.) and technology partners to translate your innovations into robust, scaled, analytic solutions.
Stewardship: You will own stewardship for Cyber-security, Data and Privacy in your area.
You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in a quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics etc.); Possibly a minor in Economics or Business Management
Fluency in English (written and oral)
You are comfortable working with diverse business scenarios, handling multiple priorities and have a business & consultancy mind-set, while technically (data) savvy.
Understanding of IT architecture principles and components required for omni-channel consumer engagement: CRM, Personalization, WebPresence, mobile, hosting, CI/CD, Programmatic media, BigData, eCommerce both via eRetailers integrations and DTC.
Basic hands-on programming skills, including HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript, SQL, Python, XML, BigQuery, GTM, micro-services
Solid understanding of digital data flows, including tag management, micro-services, APIs and REST services.
Analytical skills. Solid management of Google Analytics suite, Google Developer tools, GTM, KNIME and powerBI.
Able to access and manipulate data (Knime, RStudio & Data Visualization tools (e.g. Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI)
Understanding of Big Data environments (Google, AWS, Azure) and management of Big Data tools (Spark, Impala, Hue, Hadoop, Jupyter)
Knowledge of GDPR, Stewardship, Privacy and Info security is a plus.
Applied knowledge of AI/ML is a plus.
