- Owns and leads regionally the implementation of Specific QFS programs, processes, tools and standards within the 7 Core Programs by driving standardization, building capability, providing coaching, and creating engagement across the organisation in our manufacturing sites and across the region.
- Collaborates with plant teams to drive 7 Core Program progression and supports audit team assessing plant accurate status vs expected phase criteria within 7 Core Program.
- Accountable to deliver performance vs QFS program specific KPIs vs targeted glidepath, collaborate in regional loss analysis, participate in the definition of master plan and driving progression against it.
- Collaborate with plant teams on critical thinking to deliver QFS improvements.
- Is the first point of contact for the assigned plants in relation to escalation of QFS related incidents, serious consumer complaints and potential QFS crisis situations, supports and coach the local team on incident investigation, connects the local team with the right actors in the organization to get subject matter expert support, supports root cause analysis and definition of corrective and preventive actions.
- Is a core member of the QFS centre of excellence (CoE) and Global Program QFS Community of Practice (CoP).
- Is a team member of assigned innovation projects and responsible, in collaboration with manufacturing QFS teams and Quality Materials Managers, to support project progress while producing safe and high-quality product.
- Participate and support as a team member End to End platforms, providing visibility of platform QFS performance, highlighting risk and opportunities and providing QFS expertise to help improving business performance.

- A science or engineer degree.
- Al least 5-year experience working within the food industry leading Quality or Food Safety. Operational plant experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of BRC, ISO, FSSC 22.000 or other GFSI standards and their application in the food industry
