Sales order creation
Order management
Change / cancel sales orders based on requests
Change individual delivery priorities based on a pre-defined matrix
Monitor and handle order pricing related to sales activities
Resolve Delivery, Pricing, and Sales Investment claims of the customers
Administrate dispute resolution in SAP’s dedicated tool
Create credit and debit notes based on customer claims, sales/marketing requests
Manage stock compensation workflow in case of list price reductions
Run regular reports and reviews, initiate changes and corrections in the master records accordingly
Enter list prices and activity prices based on business’ request
Create ad hoc and regular reports for all the above areas
Ensure smooth and transparent communication related to these activities across the Sony organization as well as towards customers and logistic service providers
University Degree
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (Knowledge of additional European language would be beneficial eg. German, Italian, Spanish, French)

Sony is looking for new colleagues to the role of European Sales Support Specialist on Junior & Medior level.
The Sales Business Operation Europe team based in Budapest provides administrative services for Sony’s all European offices in various languages. English is the main language of communication and depending on the country you support, you might use another European language, such as German, Italian, Spanish, French.
