- Experienced: You have a solid background in research or program evaluation (survey/protocol development, data collection, management and analysis, report writing) within the nonprofit or population health sectors. Your expertise encompasses subject matter related to these sectors, with a particular focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion.

- Systems-thinking: You possess the acumen to enhance the quality and efficiency of data collection and management. You can orchestrate evaluation data management, analysis, and reporting, liaising with various departments like IT and Marketing.
- Hands-on: Proficient in designing, developing, and distributing evaluation data reports. Your expertise with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and databases aids in delivering impactful insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- A Storyteller: You excel in transforming data into compelling narratives, emphasizing the importance and relevance of data through effective visual communication.
- Curious: A lifelong learner, you're always updating yourself on the latest in evaluation research and software tools (e.g., Dedoose/NVivo, Microsoft Office, Qualtrics, R, Python, SPSS).
- Culturally competent: Demonstrated capability in collaborating with individuals and institutions representing diverse social identities across various sectors and disciplines.
- Collaborative: A valuable thought-partner within CCL, contributing your expertise in nonprofit and population health research and evaluation across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- A Master’s degree (or higher) in a field relevant to evaluation in the nonprofit and population health sectors, with strong knowledge of evaluation research methods and data analysis.
- Experience in working with internal and external evaluators, facilitating data sharing and collaborative learning.
- Expertise in applying qualitative analysis techniques, especially in contexts of small sample sizes and longitudinal studies. Experience in quantitative analysis techniques in addition also preferred.
- Prior exposure to or practice of equitable evaluation techniques.
- Lead evaluations for a diverse portfolio of programs focused on leadership development within the nonprofit and population health sectors.
- Independently oversee evaluations of CCL’s leadership development programs, ensuring robust data collection, analysis, and reporting strategies.
- Innovate and collaborate in the field of evaluation by adapting to programmatic changes, engaging with multiple stakeholders, and exploring new methods and tools.
- Design and disseminate evaluation activities that connect individual, group, and collective outcomes of leadership programs to larger systemic impacts.

- The salary for this role starts at $80,000. Offer will be commensurate with relevant qualifications and professional experience.
