      About the role

      We are looking for an experienced Asset Health Evaluator to join our 24/7 Asset Health Team based at the OC. This role supports our sites with the remote monitoring and diagnosis of faults to improve equipment reliability.

      Reporting through to the Production Supervisor of Train Control Scheduling, you will/be:

      • Providing remote response fault diagnostics to the field to recover failures
      • Follow fault response escalation processes and escalate to the RL&O Production Supervisor as required
      • Follow Asset Health procedures and manuals when diagnosing and provide the field with appropriate fault support
      • Escalate required faults to DIMS/Hos Yard messaging for further resolution
      • Quality live data recording in the Asset Health logs of all reported faults and failures with response information captured accurately

      About you

      To be successfully considered for this role, you will preferably have:

      • Confident learning new computer systems and software applications
      • A positive and patient attitude
      • Excellent stakeholder engagement, with ability to influence outcomes through collaborative communication
      • Decisive and confident to prioritise tasks

      It will also be beneficial to have:

      • Mechanical or electrical diagnostic experience
      • Prior SAP experience
      • Experience using systems such as HOSDI would be valuable but not required
      • Locomotive maintenance, heavy mobile equipment maintenance or rail operator experience
      • Have rail experience or knowledge of rail processes
