  We are currently seeking an evening Shipping Clerk to join our team for the Ottawa Facility.

  Position: Full-Time, Permanent

  Schedule: Sunday to Thursday with possibility to work Fridays if desired,
  5:00 pm to 11:00 pm (6 hours per evening)

  Salary: $18.75/h

  Duties:

  • Taking customers orders by phone and email and entering them into our POS system as per the customer specifications.

  • Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email.

  • Filing and scanning documents and paperwork as needed.

  • Processing customer credits in our POS system as required

  • Uploading scanned invoices to Google drive and coding by date

  • Other office admin tasks as assigned

  Skills, Qualifications , Experience:

  • Ability to learn and operate the Order Entry System

  • Must have high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have aptitude for mathematics and numbers.

  • Must have a positive attitude, self-motivation, be a team player and have good time management skills.

  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including frequent lifting.

  • Ability to adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

  • Must be able to employ proper lifting techniques
