      • Assist the Event Management team with all event duties and requirements.
      • Generate memos, correspondence, reports and miscellaneous documents as needed.
      • Manage and maintain department files, including all correspondence and client records.
      • Manage client collateral and other documents pertinent to the department.
      • Create, track, and update all client files from contract issuance to final invoicing.
      • Key event information into CRM software.
      • Produce event specs for internal training meetings.
      • Assist Event Management staff with facility exhibitor services forms for events. Maintain responsibility for contacting decorating companies regarding facility exhibitor service order forms for exhibitor kits. Gather exhibitor service forms from various departments and contractors, review forms for accuracy and generate copies. Distribute printed forms to clients and maintain an information log.
      • Develop graphic slides for interior / exterior digital displays. Key event schedules and event messages for display onto digital messaging boards and marquees. Operate and troubleshoot the digital display system and coordinate software maintenance.
      • Monitor the facility radio and respond to radio calls.
      • Perform Dome Control duties during certain events and timelines. Fulfill dome control staffing requirements with part-time employees. Prepare information related to the event and disseminate to Dome Control staff.
      • Provide information by responding to questions and requests from clients and staff.
      • Assist with scheduled meetings to include set-up and food/beverage arrangements.
      • Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned by management.
      • Work a flexible schedule as necessary to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
