Job Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting administrative duties to support the hotel controller
- Assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Accounting Department
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other financial reports
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information
Job Requirements:
- Strong desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
