  About the position:

  Event Concierge possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role is the main liaison between the Events Team and the on-site meeting contact as well as assisting with function set-up and service. This is a highly visible position and central point for handling and addressing special needs and requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotels meeting facilities, group dynamics and event details. Additionally. responsibilities may also include supervising any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel.

  Event Concierge must demonstrate fundamental F&B knowledge and ensure that each event or outlet is equipped with the essential supplies. This position plays a significant role in the overall performance of the food & beverage operations, which includes product quality and service standards.
