Apple is seeking an Event Coordinator with a background in virtual, in-person, and hybrid experiences to support our Worldwide Events Team. The Events Team is charged with bringing Apple’s iconic brand and products to life for audiences around the world, including managing end-to-end production of both digital and in real life experiences. The position requires a dedication to delighting customers, employees and stakeholders, uncompromising integrity, and the ability to innovate the smallest details to deliver extraordinary physical and virtual experiences.

      Key Qualifications

      • 2-5 years of experience in event support, production, or program management, either in-house or at a top tier experiential or marketing agency
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an influential presenter
      • Project development and management experience, including strategic development, compelling presentations, and operational plans
      • Blend of a creative and analytical problem solver, capable of handling complicated logistics and technical elements, as well as creative aspects
      • Hyper-organized with an obsession for details, excellent time management skills, and the ability to be proactive in identifying potential problems and appropriate solutions
      • Comfortable navigating through ambiguity, while still tracking objectives and advancing deliverables
      • Approachable and resourceful, with the ability to develop trusting relationships and influence outcomes in Apple’s best interest
      • Track record of being agile, reacting quickly to new information and seamlessly adapting project plans accordingly

      Description

      The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible, has a positive attitude, and excels in fast-paced environments. They care deeply about a guest’s experience, ensuring each touch point in memorable and impactful, and loves all aspects of event coordination, demonstrating creativity and an innate sense of quality and accountability, including: - Project plan and lead event strategies that build upon Apple’s values and strengthen its workplace culture - Support progress of entire project lifecycles: event vision; scheduling and timeline management; budget management and financial oversight; technical development, logistics and operations; vendor management; physical execution and reporting - Communicate clearly and facilitate cross unit collaboration amongst internal decision makers and partners, and well as our external resources - Contribute to creative ideation on event concepts that are fresh, unique, and relevant for the brand, using its unique assets, venues and programming - Establish, track and maintain timelines to ensure parallel and independent work streams all execute simultaneously, seamlessly and according to plan - Embrace an environment that focuses entirely on the audience experience, delivering world-class events, and pushing through decisions that are best for Apple - Coordinates and completes assigned tasks, which will vary is scale from a specific area of a project to end-to-end management - Willing to travel on request - Adhere to a strict gifting policy

      Education & Experience

      - BA Degree or equivalent professional experience

      Additional Requirements

      • - Keynote proficiency
      • - Experience across video and event production preferred

      Pay & Benefits

      • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $86,400 and $130,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
