      As an Event Coordinator, you will assist with planning and execution of employee events, including team, department, and company-wide events.

      Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

      • Assist in all aspects of the planning and execution of events, which will include but is not limited to swag items, RSVP lists, name tags, catering, vendors, venues, and shopping.

      • Assist on-site at events, greet attendees by welcoming, directing and answering questions.

      • Collaborate with the Events team on programming and internal communications for department and team events.

      • Oversee event storage. Responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, cataloging items, managing the check-in/check-out process, and serving as the main contact for event storage needs.

      • Maintain RSVP spreadsheets and attendee lists as needed.

      • Serve as a resource for venue and vendor contacts.

      • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.

      • Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company

      • Regular and predictable attendance

      • Valid driver’s license and responsible driving history

      • Accessibility to regular transportation
