Assist in all aspects of the planning and execution of events, which will include but is not limited to swag items, RSVP lists, name tags, catering, vendors, venues, and shopping.
Assist on-site at events, greet attendees by welcoming, directing and answering questions.
Collaborate with the Events team on programming and internal communications for department and team events.
Oversee event storage. Responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, cataloging items, managing the check-in/check-out process, and serving as the main contact for event storage needs.
Maintain RSVP spreadsheets and attendee lists as needed.
Serve as a resource for venue and vendor contacts.
Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.

Regular and predictable attendance
Valid driver’s license and responsible driving history
Accessibility to regular transportation
As an Event Coordinator, you will assist with planning and execution of employee events, including team, department, and company-wide events.
