What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the coordination of live and virtual events, including book launches and trade shows
- Assist with event logistics, such as venue research, vendor outreach, and scheduling
- Book venues, travel, accommodations, and coordinate catering and AV support
- Update and maintain event databases, guest lists, and RSVP systems
- Provide on-site or virtual event support, including check-in, setup, and troubleshooting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of event on-site and planning experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Zoom, Eventbrite, or Canva is a plus
