What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of project management for multiple events
- Coordinate logistics for travel, hotels, transportation, and meals
- Monitor registration, grassroots efforts, marketing messages, and social media exposure
- Work with internal and external teams to execute event planning
- Develop and maintain event budgets and oversee customer-facing information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and event coordination
- Organizational, communication, technical, project management, and logistic skills
- Ability to travel 3-4 days 10-15X per year (half are weekends) and 7-10 days up to 2X per year
