- Meet, greet, and interact with customers to meet their needs.
- Stock, price, and organize merchandise.
- Assist with the gameday set-up and merchandising of all retail locations.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
- Be a champion at suggestive selling.
- Conduct transactions through the Point-of-Sale system according to guidelines.
- Organize, maintain, and clean retail locations during downtime.
- Other duties as assigned.

Position Overview
We are immediately hiring part-time retail sales team members. We are looking for passionate team members available to work in stores, at games, and at other sporting events.
The Event Customer Service Team Member is responsible for providing the ultimate shopping experience to fans during our events and in stores. If you have a passion for retail, an outgoing personality, love to sell, enjoy working in teams, and strive to create relationships with fans, this job is for you.
