Job Summary
Position Overview: Levy Restaurants is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our culinary team as Event Day Cooks at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This role is integral to delivering exceptional dining experiences during events, including Falcons and Atlanta United games, concerts, and other special occasions. Event Day Cooks are responsible for preparing and executing high-quality menu items in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding Levy's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Levy's high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, including compliance with ServSafe guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of cooking stations before and after events.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment; stadium or event venue experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules. Benefits:
