  As an intern on our customer education team within the events department, your day will be a dynamic blend of remote coordination and hands-on support. Based in Pullman, WA, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our full-time Event Managers with the meticulous logistics behind SEL University and seminars.

  As a Marketing Intern, a typical day might include the following:

  • Collaborating with Event Managers to review upcoming customer education event details and planning.

  • Communicating with internal and external customers to ensure the timely delivery of SELU courses and seminars.

  • Assisting with registration processes of events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and attendees.

  • Providing support with post-event evaluations by gathering feedback and insights to enhance our customer education strategies.

  • Following and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World-Class Manufacturing principles.

  • Understanding. Creating. Simplifying.

  This job might be for you if:

  • You are a current student studying Marketing, Business, or Hospitality at an accredited institution in the Pullman/Moscow area.

  • You are able to work part time during the school year and full time during the summer.

  • Are excited to learn the intricacies of event management within our industry.

  • You are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.

  • You enjoy a mix of teamwork, problem solving, and hands on experience in the exciting world of customer education.

  • You have background check results satisfactory to SEL.

  • You have negative drug test result(s).

  This position is based in our Pullman, WA headquarters. You’ll enjoy Pullman if you enjoy vibrant college towns and abundant access to the pacific northwest’s world class outdoor recreation areas while still having easy access to larger metro areas. Pullman is home to one of Washington State’s top school districts and enjoys beautiful 4 seasons.
