      Overview

      Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is looking for an Event Registration Coordinator to join our growing Vendor Management team in our Raleigh, NC office. This role will provide unparalleled customer service to exceed internal client goals and build external vendor relationships. This is not a remote position.

      Responsibilities

      • Support online event registration creation• Gather event requirements and advise best practices• Support the hotel procurement process and contract execution• Create and distribute event reports• Develop and implement surveys• Balance tasks and timelines internal to the team and our clients• Create websites, registration pages, and build event applications• Enact strategies and solutions to help the firm better manage vendor programs• Facilitate, build, and maintain proactive relationships with firm colleagues and external vendors

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1+ years relevant experience• Experience building event registration sites within Cvent preferred• Strong organizational and time management skills• Exceptional interpersonal skills to instill confidence and build rapport across departments• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail• Exceptional client service mentality and strong work ethic• Excellent communication skills• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
