      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide prompt and effective solutions to user-submitted support tickets related to IP camera systems
      - Troubleshoot login issues and guide users through access recovery
      - Configure cameras for optimal performance and set up preset camera positions
      - Monitor network performance and respond to outages to minimize downtime
      - Provide remote support to field teams during new IP camera installations and ensure server health

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows OS in enterprise environments
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience setting up and troubleshooting complex IP networks, including routing and switching
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience configuring and managing routing protocols
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience installing and maintaining IP-based video surveillance systems
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and optimizing Video Management Systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Milestone Certified Integration Technician (MCIT)
      - Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA)
