The Role:

We are currently recruiting for an Events & Digital Manager who will be responsible for selling, organizing and executing events at Inniskillin. In tandem developing a social platform to build digital posts driving brand/event awareness to the Estates.

What you will be doing:

• Ideation, planning and execution of events, supporting the Estate Manager to fulfill Estate objectives
• Develop and launch new and competitive Estate programs to drive greater traffic and revenue
• Works with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and suppliers for campaigns and events
• Develop social content and work with social agency to ensure media content is on strategy
• Work with Studio for Estate and brand creative needs as required
• Ensuring content for Inniskillin and on-line are up to date.
• Wine awards submissions
• Managing a team of 5-15 part time and full time employees

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in hospitality management, events management or business is considered an asset.
• 3-5 years’ experience in event management.
• Wine knowledge an asset
• Experience working in Estates an asset
• Strong presentation skills, as well as negotiating skills with the ability to exceed sales targets by overcoming objectives, problem solving, and making solid business decisions.
• Must be well organized, professionalism, driven to provide exceptional customer service will reaching or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent phone manner/etiquette and communications skills with emphasis on demonstrated ability to sell the winery services.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
• Drivers license
