Job Description

Drive sales of Stryker’s Joint Replacement portfolio to meet or exceed territory revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key decision-makers
Provide in-depth product knowledge and surgical support during procedures
Develop and execute territory business plans and sales strategies
Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely product availability for surgical cases
Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals
Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to inform strategy
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, including AdvaMed guidelines
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical healthcare or sales (or a combination)
1- 7 year s of experience in a sales or healthcare-related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to work in operating room environments and support surgical procedures
Willingness to attend meetings and events outside regular business hours
Strong organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospital staff
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country of application; visa sponsorship is not available for this role
A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the territory
This is a field-based role with frequent travel and time spent in clinical settings
