      What You Will Do

      • Drive sales of Stryker’s Joint Replacement portfolio to meet or exceed territory revenue targets

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key decision-makers

      • Provide in-depth product knowledge and surgical support during procedures

      • Develop and execute territory business plans and sales strategies

      • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely product availability for surgical cases

      • Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals

      • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to inform strategy

      • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, including AdvaMed guidelines

      What You Will Need

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical healthcare or sales (or a combination)

      • 1- 7 year s of experience in a sales or healthcare-related role

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

      • Ability to work in operating room environments and support surgical procedures

      • Willingness to attend meetings and events outside regular business hours

      • Strong organizational and communication skills

      • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory

      Preferred Qualifications

      • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare

      • Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospital staff

      Additional Information

      • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country of application; visa sponsorship is not available for this role

      • A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the territory

      • This is a field-based role with frequent travel and time spent in clinical settings

      Travel Percentage: 10%
